The first meeting on July 10 th--- Officer Report of 2009

ChungLi Club attracted a lot of guests from other clubs to join the meeting , I was very glad and more confident because the regular meeting are getting more constructive ,successful and qualified.

We already recruited 3 members Nina ,Eunice and due member Henson , Thanks Justin Wu donated his “first time ” to be master of Induction Ceremony .

Attendant Sheet to renew members’ self growth and New guests information , Both of these from Secretary Emily and MVP James, they are really aggressive to their position . I am great to have both of you to be my team.

I couldn’t help hugging Albert , Sorry 啦 Eunice , because his creative talent in hosting the terrific meeting atmosphere. To make every speaker more confident and every attendants with joy.It’s not easy. When can we be those role models like Albert , Challenge Himself Every Time , Julian ,Jeff, James , Iris , Ryan, Emily, How about challenging Master of Workshop with me? What do you think ?

Toastmaster
is a place to provide plenty of opportunities to make new friends and be a better speaker with communication skills and show our leader to help others and self growth.

How to say with CC Manual (Competent Communication) and how to show personal leader with CL (Competent Leadership ).

The term of 2009-2010, as a president , I set a General Goal to take Mission Possible ---

A) encourage all members to take challenge contest (好康的事要跟好朋友分享, 參加了一次會向我一樣 talkative )

B) More workshop and Training: invite outstanding speakers training to let members more understand Toastmasters

C) maintain the regular meeting successful and qualified .Most of all, the term of 2009- 2010 ChungLi club really has a big chance to achieve the most honorable award of Distinguish Club .

The time is ready for ChungLi Club , Are you ready for ChungLi Club with totally support and effort . Believe me, Team Work is the Best weapon to win .

Josh Yang is a prominent General Evaluation , every member did you see the role model how to evaluate and give good advice as feedback.

Amy’s positive feedback with Jin Nang Miao Ji (錦囊妙計) this is also a good way for Individual Evaluation to attract the audience .Hurry up to learn it.

Timer rules : every speaker on the stage should respect the Timer . His Control reminds of speakers with brief and useful words .
