Dear fellow members and guests,
 
You are invited to join the meeting of Chungli Toastmasters Club on 2015-12-25.
In this special evening, the stars will start to shine at 7 pm in Chungli Club. It is recommended to wear sunglasses, for our meeting room will be glowed brightly by shining stars.
The eternity star, the legend of our club Louis will deliver his A43 speech. Louis is going to share his exotic experience in France. And his evaluator is Albert, the pillar of the club, quoted from Albert “I have been evaluated by Louis for 10 years. It’s time to payback!” It is just like the collision of emerald against ruby. What kind of sparks will they produce? Let’s wait and see.
Furthermore, in this meeting, we are honored to have a devoted Toastmasters, Rojer, our area E3 director. He is going to provide suggestion and feedback for our outstanding EVP Richard. The gentle singing star is going to deliver his A4 speech.
And our forever superstar, Orson will be the Toastmasters of the Evening. Our prince of charming has set the meeting theme as “Exchange”. What would you like to exchange? If you can exchange anything you want?

    This week we are lucky to have two special guests: Mr. Josh Yang and Mr. Elmo Chiu. Ms. Josh Yang is Legend Club President, will be Evaluator. Mr. Elmo Chiu is Taoyuan Club VP Education, will be Language Evaluator. They're experienced Toastmasters. We must can learn a lot from them. And Richard, Lin Lin & Nai-Ling, three of our outstanding officers will deliver their speeches. Furthermore, our VPM David will host the meeting. He has set the meeting theme as “Birthday”. How's your birthday this year or how will you celebrate it?

 

    Take that! Ladies & gentlemen, this kind of combination will definitely produce a lot of sparks. How exciting! Can’t wait to attend the meeting this Friday night.

You are invited to join the meeting of Chungli Toastmasters Club on 2015-10-23. Enclosed please find the agenda.

This week we are lucky to have two special guests: Ms. Trini Ding and Mr. Elmo Chiu. Ms. Trini Ding, the Club Growth Director of Taiwan Dist., will be our General Evaluator. Ooh la la, watch out all the assignment takers. And Mr. Elmo Chiu comes from Taoyuan club, who just won the 2nd place of Evaluation contest in Div. E contest. He will deliver the C3 speech under the title “It’s time to listen.” Besides Elmo, three of our outstanding members will deliver their speeches too. Furthermore, our VPPR Helen will host the meeting. Helen has set the meeting theme as “Embarrassing Moment”.

 

Take that! Ladies & gentlemen, this kind of combination will definitely produce a lot of sparks. How exciting! Can’t wait to attend the meeting.

Meeting Minutes Keeper : David
 
It was a successful TM meeting full of surprise and learning. The meeting was started from the first surprise-“temporary meeting room in 3F” because the original meeting room was occupied on Thu. However, it’s an impressive experience for all of members to join the meeting in new places, we will never forget it.
Then, we started the meeting from the Toastmaster of Evening tonight-Jason, who keep using his fascinating smile lead us through the meeting and host the whole meeting very well.
