Hellow fello members,
As I know, a lot of members are the loyal reader for Toastmasters monthly magazine, even they do not have time to come to regular meetings.
But, they read front first page to the last page.

I have been reading Toastmasters' monthly magazine couple moths.  And I do get inspired.  I would like to share with you. Hopefully it is also helpful for you all.

There is ome article on April, 2008 written by Shawn Doyle, ACB.  The title is Be a Non-Stop Learning Machine.
A few inspiring quotes such as:
" Edcuation costs money, but so does ignorance"
"How do I get Motivated and stay motivated?" -> "Become a non-stop learning machine"

"What is learner? They read books"   ->  There is no better way to inform and expand your mind on a regular basis than to get in the habit of reading great literature. You can get into the best minds that are now or ever have been in the world"

"Just like new computer software, every year think about upgrading to a better version of you.  Strive to be a You 1.0, and then a You 2.0 and then a You 3.0."It will definitely make you feel young and more motivated"

"As French philosopher Henri Bergson once said, To exist is to change, to change is to mature, to mature is to go on creating oneself endlessly"
And he also encourge us to "consier your car a rolling classroom" which means to maximize your time by listening to CD talking about topics you like when you drive to work every day.
